Our presenter is from Andelain Fields, located in Clark County, and raises free-range, slow-growth chickens. His chickens are raised on pasture and eat bugs, grubs, grass, and forbs in addition to organic feed. The chickens have unrestricted access to water, sun, shade, and shelter. Learn why people choose to raise chickens, types and breeds of chickens, environmental needs, housing needs, harvesting, sale, and how chickens fit into a sustainable farm.
